This is the Robo Wrist Gold Finger, sold by ABS (American Bowling Service)!

This is a metal wrist support, similar to the Mecha Protector.
It's a standard type with a free inner side.

The main feature of this product, as the name Gold Finger suggests, is the independent shape of the index finger.
By adjusting the angle of this part, the aim is to improve the fit for the index finger.
It is said that for 60-70% of Japanese people, focusing on the index finger improves their release due to their bone structure, and this shape enhances that effect.

When I first started bowling, I used a standard Robo Wrist, and I immediately tried this product when it was newly released.
While the index finger effect was indeed present, the fit on the back of the hand was not quite right.
I believe this was due to the difference in shape from the standard model and, for some reason, the slightly larger size.
In the end, I switched back to the standard type relatively quickly (which is why it was used sparingly).
I do not recommend this for those with smaller hands (span), but I encourage those who want to experience the index finger effect to give it a try!

As this is a used item, there are scratches as seen in the photos, but it is still fully functional. I recommend this for those who want to try a Mecha Protector but think a new one is too expensive!
