Legal Replica Sword
Ultra-Rare Masterpiece
Daikazari-Tachi Koshirae Style
Nishiki? Fabric Wrap
Gilded Nagafukurin (Gold Fukurin)
Kogane-zukuri no Tachi (Gold-Crafted Tachi)
What you will receive is exactly as it was when I acquired this tachi, as shown in the first photo.
Photos 10-19 are close-up shots of the item being sent.
The product shines beautifully with a golden hue.
Photo 20 shows a Nagafukurin (Gold Fukurin) tachi that I previously listed and sold separately (for reference).
This item is not included with the current listing.
The blade of both tachi are legal replica swords made of zinc alloy, and of course, they are not sharpened.
This is not a miniature size, but a full-scale 1/1 size tachi koshirae.
A magnificent tachi worn by high-ranking samurai, with a gorgeous koshirae like a Daikazari.
The tsuka (hilt) and saya (scabbard) are wrapped in a beautiful fabric (likely not real silk?), and reinforced with gilded nagafukurin on the tsuka and saya.
Other metal parts such as the kabuto-gane (pommel cap), ishizuki (pommel end), seki-kanamono (reinforcing metal bands), and tsuba (handguard) are also gold-plated.
In person, it shines more golden than in the photos.
Tachi with Itomaki Koshirae (where beautiful cords are wrapped around the tsuka and saya) are commonly listed. Tachi with a koshirae like this product are rarely listed.
I have only seen one tachi koshirae with the same fabric as this product, a Chokutō (straight sword) that I listed and sold out on another flea market. Such rare masterpieces do not have a market price.
This is truly a super rare, exceptional item.
It has been stored in a dark place, so it is a beautiful item with no noticeable damage, but age-related deterioration is unavoidable.
If you cannot understand this, please do not purchase to avoid trouble.
We refuse any unreasonable requests or complaints after purchase, such as asking the seller to bear some of the repair costs because you want to repair it.
In fact, we had one such person.
For a craftsman who makes koshirae for real swords, it would cost at least tens of thousands of yen, and usually hundreds of thousands of yen or more, even for a low price.
I wonder if there are any craftsmen in the world who can repair replica swords for a low price of a few thousand yen?
To avoid giving misunderstandings to those around you, please always store it in a sword bag or case and handle it with great care.
