The pattern is Seigaiha (a traditional wave motif) with gold as the main color.
Although it's hard to tell due to the gold thread, it is likely made of pure silk.
The three main items are clean with no signs of use, but the fan shows signs of deterioration, with many scuffs and stains on the back.
However, it's only visible a little when tucked into the obi during dressing...
