Luxuriously Victorian style,
made of silver plate (sterling silver plating).
This item was made by the Sheffield workshop E H Parkin & Co.

There are some minor spots on the lower part of the body (above the feet).
There are also some minor scuffs, tiny scratches, and slight discoloration in places.
While there are signs of age in the details, it maintains a beautiful mirror-like shine.
