This is a rare A-TACS FG camouflage chest bag purchased from a large military surplus store in the United States.
You won't see this in Japan, but it offers excellent camouflage for airsoft games and birdwatching.
I've also seen people use it for fishing.
Dimensions are approximately 35cm (height) x 25cm (width) x 3cm (depth).
The fabric is a combination of ripstop material and waterproof tarpaulin, with padding and a shape-retaining board, making for a very sturdy construction.
Features include a MOLLE system, multiple layered pockets, and a hidden pocket on the back.
Reflective material is also used between the back padding and the front MOLLE webbing.
