Kakunodate Cherry Bark Craft 2-Tier Small Drawer Chest

This is Kakunodate's Kabazaiku (cherry bark craft).

2-tier small chest of drawers.

This is a very old item.
It has been stored in my parents' storage room and has no scratches or dirt from use, but there are several areas of age-related deterioration.

- Approximately 1cm of bark peeling on the front of the top.
- A few millimeters of rust? discoloration on the back of the handle.
(This is not noticeable if the handle is down in front.)
- The red lining inside the upper drawer is peeling up.
- Slight discoloration on the left side of the front of the upper drawer when viewed from the front.
- Numbers are written on the bottom (the reason or meaning is unknown).
All of these are shown in the images, so please check them.

These are the points I noticed.
As this is an old item, I apologize if I have overlooked anything.

The drawers open and close smoothly, and I personally think the condition is good for an old item.
