Home Roaster Full Set (Roaster + Cooler)

This product combines a roaster with a cooler.
The cooler is manufactured domestically, and the imported roaster unit has been modified for domestic replacement and repair. We also offer repairs for business use.

Main improvements to the imported roaster:
★ Modified structure allowing for self-replacement of consumable parts.
★ Lightweight structural modification enabling one-handed operation of the heavy drum.
★ Stirring blades inside the drum, which caused uneven roasting, have been optimized in shape and placement.
★ Analog thermometer with large reading errors has been modified to a digital thermometer.
★ Motor, which was difficult to replace, has been modified for easy replacement mounting.
★ Drive motor has been modified to a readily available, long-life Japanese-made motor.
★ Infrared mesh has been replaced with a long-life Japanese-made part and modified for easy replacement mounting.
★ Bearings are domestically available.

Features:

Roaster Unit
★ Punching pot has a maximum capacity of 350-400g.
★ Indirect heating method where the stove flame is first received by a ceramic mesh.
★ Easy to add green beans during heating and check roasting status through the loading port.
★ Roasting pot integrated with the handle allows for easy discharge of beans after roasting.
★ The pot's loading port is detachable, making it easy to clean off chaff and other residues after roasting.
★ Allows you to focus on monitoring roasting status and temperature control without the physical strain of manual operation.
★ Drum rotation speed can be steplessly adjusted up to 60 rotations per minute.
★ Real thermocouple type digital thermometer displays temperature instantly.
★ Heat source is designed for Iwatani cassette tabletop stoves with four burners.
  If it doesn't sit well on the stove, use a grill net (21cm x 21cm or larger) from Daiso or similar.
  The stove shown in the image is not included.

Cooler
★ Maximum bean loading capacity of approximately 350g.
★ Cooling time is short, about 1-2 minutes, providing faster cooling than similar products.
★ Easy to attach and detach loading sieve and chaff filter for cleaning.

Warranty:
★ Initial defects within 30 days of product receipt will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
★ Repairs for malfunctions after 30 days of product receipt are available for a separate fee.
