This part allows for a lower mount of the AN/PAQ-4 and AN/PEQ-2 onto genuine RIS/RAS rails, approximately 3mm lower than the genuine mount.
It offers a wider adjustment range and a sleeker appearance when mounted.

It can also be used with replica RIS rails if the hole pitch is the same as the genuine article and the screw standard is in inches.
