It is designed to be used with items like the Snow Peak Fireplace L, so you can set it up on the Grill Bridge for cooking over a campfire or charcoal.
While not guaranteed as it is unused, it can likely be used as a griddle plate for appliances like the KIGAWAPOWER Two Burner (similar in size to the Snow Peak black iron grill plate).
As Snow Peak does not currently offer a fluorine-coated BBQ plate, this item is considered very rare.
