Description
This is a custom-made deep-type BBQ griddle, specially crafted by a metalworking artisan to perfectly fit the LOGOS Pyramid TAKIBI L.
The cooking surface measures 170 mm (width) x 360 mm (length).
It's designed with a slight gap when placed on the fire pit to ensure proper airflow and efficient wood burning, as a perfect fit would obstruct the combustion.
It can also be used with other heat sources besides the Pyramid TAKIBI L, such as compact two-burner stoves or sturdy trivets.
Made from 4.5mm thick iron, it boasts excellent heat conductivity and retention, allowing for even cooking even over a wood fire where heat can be uneven.
The lid is also made of 4.5mm thick iron with a highly sealed design, enabling steaming and allowing for Dutch oven-style cooking by placing charcoal on top of the lid.
Includes two handles that allow you to lift the griddle even when it's hot.
As a bonus, a commercially available storage bag is included (it's a perfect fit in terms of area, but has extra height).
