[How to Use]
(1) Clean the surface to be painted and, if necessary, sand it with sandpaper.
(2) As a guideline, mix 4 parts Shin Urushi with 1 part Fugu-jirushi Thinner to achieve a consistency similar to medium-thick sauce.
(3) Pour an appropriate amount of Shin Urushi into a paint dish and dilute it moderately with Fugu-jirushi Thinner.
(4) Dip your brush into the paint, and wipe off excess paint on the edge of the paint dish.
(5) Apply the paint thinly and evenly in the same direction as much as possible.
(6) When drying, place the painted surface as horizontally as possible in a dust-free area to prevent paint from dripping. (Allow at least 24 hours for drying.)
(7) Once fully dry, lightly sand with waterproof sandpaper.
(8) Repeat the above coating process 2 to 3 times. The more coats you apply, the more beautiful the finish will be.

Fugu-jirushi Shin Urushi Dedicated Thinner

Net Content (approx.): 50ml

Add 20-30% of this thinner to the main lacquer liquid and stir slowly before use. This makes viscosity adjustment easy and greatly improves paintability.
