Long Cast Basket Fishing, Large Capacity, One-Shot Basket, Set of 2, Free Size Adjustable, Live Bait

This item was created by me using a 3D printer and by hand.
It has been used without any issues in actual fishing.
Most of the plastic (PLA) is 3D printed, while the stainless steel eye and the spring for opening and closing the basket are handmade.

The basket is designed to open automatically upon water entry.
To prevent wasted time due to the basket not opening, and to ensure it opens as easily as possible without hindering fishing, this design was created.
Additionally, the spring is designed not to bounce up excessively, preventing leader tangles.

The bottom basket has a screw lid, allowing you to insert weights of your preferred size inside.
Weights of a certain size can be inserted as they are. I personally insert sinkers as they are.
For weights that don't fit, you can shape them by hammering them instead of melting them down.
The approximate weight is 55-58g.

With a concept of large capacity, it feels like it holds more than twice the amount of chum compared to commercially available Apollo Ippatsu Kago.
The basket has a diameter of approximately 4.3cm and a height of approximately 12cm.
You can attract fish by dispensing a large amount of chum in a single cast.
Assuming you are targeting horse mackerel, considering their fins and bodies might bend, it should be able to accommodate not only small horse mackerel but also regular-sized ones.
It is also perfect for live bait fishing.
