I purchased this product used around January. After receiving it, I test-hit it and noticed a slight creaking sound. Initially, the product came with a polycarbonate ferrule, but I requested the ferrule and tip to be replaced at a billiard shop. However, the creaking sound was not resolved.
Subsequently, I requested repairs from an authorized Predator dealer, but the creaking sound was not improved. The representative explained that the cause of the creaking sound was an internal issue with the product and that repairs were not possible.
Furthermore, the representative confirmed that while the creaking sound occurs, it does not affect the product's performance. Therefore, please consider this point before making a purchase.
