This is a junk item, a Mitsumi FA404M 3.5-inch internal FDD in black.
It is the same size as a 3.5-inch FDD and allows you to add an FDD and a 6-in-1 card reader.
The card reader supports high-speed USB 2.0.

Includes USB connector and ATA cable.

When connected to a PC via USB, the USB drive will be displayed.
However, as there are no floppy disks or small capacity cards, we have not been able to confirm its operation.
Therefore, it is being sold as a junk item.
