This appears to be an older disk drive from HEWLETT PACKARD.

When connected to power using a power cable I had on hand (not included in this listing), the DRIVE 0 lamp on the front panel lit up for a few seconds and then turned off, and the fan operated. However, it is unclear if this is normal operation.

As it has been stored for a long time, its normal operation is unknown. Please consider it as a junk item or a collectible.
