This airless soccer ball, inspired by the structure of traditional Japanese takemari (bamboo balls), replicates the kicking feel of a standard soccer ball. It's constructed from 54 parts of three different types, utilizing the elasticity of its surface material rather than internal air pressure. The component parts are made from a synthetic resin of soft, recycled polypropylene and elastomer, making them gentle enough to kick barefoot without pain. The interlocking design of the parts ensures the ball won't fall apart even if a single piece comes loose during play. This design also offers excellent maintainability, allowing for replacement of only broken parts to restore the ball to its original condition, and economic efficiency, enabling long-term use of a single ball.

- To make assembly easier for children and individuals with color vision deficiency, each part is marked with symbols such as 〇 ＼ | ／. The instruction manual, printed on recycled paper, is designed like a picture book with easy-to-understand illustrations instead of text, allowing children worldwide to assemble the ball intuitively.

- The component parts are made from a synthetic resin of recycled polypropylene and olefin-based elastomer. Our goal is to significantly reduce waste generation by 2030 through waste prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. Additionally, the packaging bag, which can also be used as a carrying bag for the ball, is made of non-woven fabric that does not generate harmful substances when incinerated, contributing to global warming countermeasures.

- A soccer ball is completed by assembling a total of 54 parts of three different types. Instead of inflating with air, it utilizes the elasticity of the surface material, eliminating concerns about air leaks. Furthermore, if a part breaks, it can be replaced to restore the ball to its original condition. This economic benefit of not having to discard the ball due to minor defects, along with improved maintainability through a simple part replacement system, is a key feature.
