[Manufacturing Process]
① Flux Application
Before soldering, we apply a dedicated flux. This enhances solder joint strength and prevents corrosion and poor contact. Unless otherwise specified, we use KESTER44 solder.

② Flux Cleaning
After soldering, any remaining flux is cleaned with a special cleaning solution, as it can cause noise and defects.

③ Heat Shrink Tubing Installation
Heat shrink tubing is applied for protection against corrosion and insulation failure.

④ Copper Foil Application
Copper foil is applied to reduce noise.

⑤ Plug & Jack Cleaning
After cable assembly, the plugs and jacks are cleaned with a special cleaning solution before shipping. This cleaning process prevents noise and poor contact.
