This is a TUSA TUL-300J LED underwater light.

I purchased it about 14 years ago for diving and used it for about 20 dives.
It requires 2 CR123A batteries.
Operation has not been confirmed.

The item will be wrapped in cushioning material, placed in a plastic bag for waterproofing, and then sent in an envelope via postal service counter.
