This is a dedicated ground sheet for the MINIMAL WORKS AGORA tent. It comes with dedicated grommets, so the size fits perfectly. I believe it has been used more than 10 times.
There are no major tears, but there was a rip of about 2 cm. The ground side has dirt due to the nature of ground sheets, so please refrain from bidding if you are looking for a pristine item. The seam tape is not hardened at all yet.
The last time I used it was on a wooden deck site, and it has a lot of dusty wood surface dirt from the wooden deck. I think it will come off with a wet wipe, but you will notice countless brown stains when you receive it. It would be good to wash it, but it's large and a hassle, so please understand that it is being sold as is.
