This is a beret from Couture, the high-end line of Maxim, a long-established hat brand from Kobe.

The hat features a striped stitch design all over.
It's a little hard to see in the photos, but there are also stitches made with metallic thread, giving it a cute sparkle.

Although it's 99% wool, it uses high-quality wool with a smooth texture, making it wearable regardless of the season.

It has been stored at home after being worn for a short time.
There are no noticeable damages or stains, and I personally believe it is in beautiful condition.
