Purchased new in November 2025, but I am selling it because I replaced my monitor with a larger one and the arm is no longer compatible.

The item includes everything shown in the photos. Instructions are not included, but YouTube videos are very clear and I was able to set it up without reading them, so I believe it will be fine.
