This is a popular, black-colored, and very convenient recycled tank for food containers.
It can be used as a rainwater tank to conserve water and prepare for water shortages, but it can also be used for raising medaka (Japanese killifish), agricultural purposes, home gardening, and as a backup for toilet water or fire extinguishing water in case of disasters like earthquakes and water outages, providing peace of mind.
