This is a Nitori 2-seater sofa (N Pocket A12 S-HI DR-BE).

Purchased 3 years ago and used daily by a couple, with the back always against the wall.
No noticeable scratches or stains are visible, but please understand that there may be age-related deterioration in color and seating comfort due to 3 years of use.

As stated in my profile, I do not own pets, so allergies should not be a concern.
Regarding odors, as I am a non-smoker, there is no tobacco smell. I also do not use air fresheners or diffusers, but there will undoubtedly be some everyday living odors.
