This was used for a beloved pet by a considerable dog lover and was acquired from them.
It has been stored and used indoors.

We will disassemble it for you before handing it over.

The condition is good, but because screws were driven into the wood,
the holes are slightly prone to widening.
We have disassembled it as systematically and safely as possible,
but please forgive any minor scratches, scuffs, or wood cracks that may occur during disassembly and transport.

We cleaned dust etc. with an air compressor,
but some fine particles remain, so
if you are concerned, please clean it again.

The curtains have not been dry-cleaned.
The main unit is quite sturdy and heavy.
