Please note that there may be some charring from the molding process on the back or imperfections in the corner molding.
The material used is PLA, a plant-derived resin, but it is weak to acids. Therefore, we recommend using paper or another liner in the droppings tray. We have been using it with a paper liner for about 3 months ourselves (for finches) with no issues so far.
The last photo is for color comparison with the tray that comes with the bird cage. The tray included with the bird cage is not part of this product.
