This is a Levi's RED LOOP coverall!
I purchased it at a used clothing store previously and wore it a few times.
The size is marked M and it is likely a women's item.
The buttons are turquoise blue and serve as an accent.
There is some dirt on the back and on the checkered lining around the inside of the collar.
