● Product Description: This is a new, free shipping rolling board for cooking and confectionery, manufactured in our own factory in Japan.

The top surface is polished to a brilliant shine. The four corners are rounded (R-cut), and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is from polishing, not from any coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The back side is equipped with four cork sheets to prevent scratches and slippage, as shown in the fourth image.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for confectionery work with chocolate.
