This is a children's apron. It is designed for easy on and off, even for preschoolers, with elastic at the neck and waist.
Since it is made from a single piece of fabric, it dries quickly after washing.
It appears to be ox fabric, but the label only stated 100% cotton. The black dots in the photo are woven into the fabric.

Approximately size 100-110
Measured with a tape measure, waist circumference is 62 cm.
When the elastic is stretched, the maximum waist circumference is 70 cm.
Length: 43 cm
*Please allow for slight errors as these are amateur measurements.
Intuitively, it seems wearable for ages 3 to 6, and perhaps up to 2nd grade for smaller children.

It was sold for 1200 yen at bazaars, but is offered at a lower price on Mercari since you cannot see the actual item.
