This listing is for one block of spent mushroom substrate for *Dorcus hopei binodulosus* (Giant Stag Beetle).

This is a very large block.

This spent substrate block is made from 100% raw oak sawdust and is packed with nutrients.

As you can see in the images, the mycelium is firmly established within the block.

Simply bury the block as is in the substrate, and stag beetles will lay eggs!

It can be easily broken apart, making it easier to extract larvae than using logs, and you can obtain a large number of larvae!

Ants are laying eggs prolifically!

It also enhances the nutrition of rhinoceros beetle larvae.

When raising rhinoceros beetle larvae, you'll notice a significant increase in size simply by burying this in their substrate.

It's also excellent as food for larvae of stag beetles that prefer mushroom substrate, such as *Dorcus hopei*, *Prosopocoilus inclinatus*, *Nipponolucanus swederi*, and *Prosopocoilus giraffa*!

It's also suitable for creating your own fermented substrate by breaking it apart.
