This is a MUJI system desk (oak wood).
The legs and frame have been painted black using automotive spray paint.
Felt pads were attached to the legs during use.

The top has some minor scratches and dirt.
There are several places on the legs where the paint has peeled, as shown in photos 3 and 4. There is no wobbling or deformation.
It's not very noticeable as is, but if you re-spray the metal parts, it should look quite nice.
