Plane, Kanna, Shusshoryu, Uichi Monogram, Iikka-shikomi, Sunpachi

This is a 1.8 sun Japanese hand plane (kanna).
It has been treated for rust removal, blackening, under-grinding, and warping of the head, and polished.
Please understand that it does not have the quality of a new product.

The maker's mark can be read as Shusse-ryu (出世龍).
It has a stamp of Uichi and also a stamp on the back shim.
It features a tsutsumiguchi (包み口) style prepared by Isuka.

Due to storage, anti-rust agent has been applied, which may cause a slight stickiness or odor. This will disappear after a few sharpenings.
If you are concerned, it can be easily wiped off with thinner.

I kept this plane because it seemed interesting.
The setup and adjustments have not been made.
The sole has been cleaned with a hand planer.
There may be a few millimeters at the edge that have not been sharpened, so please check the images.
There are cracks as shown in images 9 and 10, which have been filled with acrylate.
I believe it is fine for use.
The blade has been finished with a #2000 grit artificial whetstone (Jinno Kurohaku) for professional use.
