This is a strong double-sided tape for securing wigs.
Made by 3M.
I bought too many, thinking they could be used as eye tape.
Since I have monolid-like eyes, I sometimes use them to create parallel double eyelids.
When cut to 2.5cm and stretched, the tape extends to about 8cm.
It stretches when you pull the longer side.
Since it's sold as a sheet, it's hygienic and can be used according to your needs.
This is for human skin, so I will not sell it after processing.
