The key feature of this functional hide is the presence of holes other than the entrance! This prevents stagnant air from building up, which can help suppress mold growth inside the hide. (This does not guarantee that mold will not grow.)

Unglazed ceramic is ideal for increasing humidity when filled with water, but it also creates the perfect environment for mold.
Therefore, the unglazed dish, which is prone to mold, is designed for easy removal and washing without moving the main hide!

The main hide is made of PLA material, not unglazed ceramic, to prevent mold growth! The interior has rounded edges to protect your pet.
