*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg and dimensions of 34cm on the longest side and a total of 60cm for the three sides. Considering these limitations, even 80 Churu sticks would be a tight fit. 120 sticks would be even more so. For example, 120 sticks in 3 bags alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact as possible, aiming to reduce the size by 1mm and the weight by 1g for shipping. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs. We want to offer Churu at the lowest possible price, especially during this period of rising prices. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and only purchase if you agree with this approach. We pack each item with care and attention, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a date and time for delivery to ensure you receive it.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the benefit of our customers, but we may also take breaks.
*To prevent damage from heat, we will post the package just before the collection time to ensure it is picked up as late as possible.
*Please request bundles of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs would offset any savings.
