I was captivated by the actual product's beauty and purchased it, but it's too elegant for my personal style. I've come to believe it would be better suited for someone else who can truly appreciate it, so I've decided to let it go.

Purchased in September 2024, it still has a year and a half of warranty remaining. As it has been barely used for the reasons mentioned above, it will not require an overhaul for quite some time.

The Red Urushi model, knot's top-tier Premium Automatic, and the Patina Finish Crocodile Leather were both models that sold out immediately upon release and were unavailable in stores. I was overwhelmed by their beauty when I saw them in person during a restock and decided to purchase them.

The serene beauty of the Urushi dial with gold powder and the texture of the Patina Crocodile are difficult to capture in photos, unlike the flashiness of metal. However, anyone who has seen them in person would understand their popularity.

Even SEIKO's mechanical models with Urushi dials exceed ¥230,000, so the presence of this watch at this price is astonishing.
However... as a buyer, I must admit that it can only be truly pulled off by someone with a more mature sense of style. I am completely outmatched.

While watch enthusiasts will already know this, for clarity: the movement is a MIYOTA 9015 (the top-tier model from Citizen's movement subsidiary), which is excellent. It's high-beat, highly maintainable, and has significantly lower maintenance costs than the chronographs in the same collection.

The Patina Crocodile leather is also a top-grade leather that becomes more beautiful with use as it develops a rich patina. As you can see, it has not been grown at all...
To prevent deterioration from wear, I have replaced it with a leather-friendly deployment buckle (the original buckle is also included). This allows you to age the leather beautifully without damage.
