This started when I planted some of the items I bought at a supermarket in Okinawa a few years ago in my field. Now, they are in a state where I can dig them up and eat them whenever I want, all year round!

We will send you small bulbs that were removed during field maintenance. If you plant them as seed bulbs, they will multiply and grow into many each year.

They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt or made into tempura. The leaves are also edible.

We will ship via the 4th class mail service.
As we ship without added moisture, they may be dry, but they are very vigorous and there is no need to worry.

The 4th class mail service takes the same amount of time as regular mail, and there is no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. To minimize delivery time, shipping will be done on Sundays or Mondays. Depending on the day you purchase, you may have to wait a while. Thank you for your understanding.

Some bulbs may be in the process of splitting, making it difficult to count them as bulbs, so we will count 40 pieces by the number of sprouts. Thank you for your understanding.
