At the time of the photoshoot, I was 153 cm tall, weighed 48 kg, and wore a size L due to my wider lower body.
Even with 10 cm heels, it was long enough to drag on the floor, but it was not an issue for taking photos!
It does not have built-in bust pads, but it should be fine if you wear a nu-bra or wedding innerwear.
