《Green Shiso (Perilla)》
Sowing: April-May
Optimal germination temperature: around 17-22°C
Optimal growing temperature: around 20°C

Sow 5-6 seeds per pot and cover very thinly with soil.
When 1-2 true leaves appear, select the best seedling and thin to one plant.
Transplant when 4-5 true leaves have developed.
Harvest from the lower, larger leaves once the main stem has 10 or more leaves.

《Sweet Basil》
Sowing: April-June, August-September
Optimal germination temperature: around 20-25°C
Optimal growing temperature: 20-25°C

Sow seeds by scattering and do not cover with soil.
Water to prevent drying until germination.
Thin when seedlings become crowded.
Pinch the tips when they reach about 20cm, which also serves as pinching.
Allowing the side shoots that emerge from the main stem to grow will strengthen the plant and increase yield.

《Chinese Chives》
Sowing: Spring (March-April), Autumn (September-October)
Optimal germination temperature: around 17-22°C
Optimal growing temperature: around 20°C

Sow 4-5 seeds per spot in pots, or if sowing directly in the field, create furrows and sow in rows at 1-2cm intervals.
Cover with soil just enough to hide the seeds.
When the sprouts reach about 20cm in height, dig them up and transplant them in clumps of 2-3 plants.
Chinese chives grow better when planted in clumps.
