The Cerafilter from THREE RIVERS Co., Ltd. is an excellent filter crafted with consideration for pore size (micro-pores), shape, thickness, and filtration time to perfectly filter the sweetness, bitterness, astringency, acidity, and oils inherent in coffee beans.
Japanese tap water is said to be safe and delicious worldwide. However, a slight chlorine odor can sometimes be detected.
By passing water through this filter, approximately 95% of the chlorine odor can be removed. Furthermore, the water loses its hardness and tends towards softness.
Tap water is used for all cooking, including side dishes and rice, as well as for drinking. We believe that using this ceramic filter will remove invisible impurities and allow you to enjoy your food and drinks more.
