● How to Use and Care

Grinding Tips: Place the grinder firmly on a stable surface like a table, close the lid, and turn the handle. Turn the adjustment nut counter-clockwise for coarser grinds and clockwise for finer grinds. Kalita recommends a medium-coarse grind.

Care: Do not wash the main unit or the ground coffee container with water; wipe them with a dry cloth. Remove any grounds accumulated inside the hopper or in the grooves with a dedicated brush.
