As a guideline, milling 30kg of brown rice will result in approximately 10% less weight, around 27kg.

Even with no-rinse rice, a light rinse with water will make it even more delicious!

For shipping, the milled rice will be placed in a rice bag, then into a dedicated Yamato Transport cardboard box for shipment.

We store the rice at low temperatures to maintain quality.

While rice does not have a strict expiration date, we recommend consuming it within 3 months after milling. This is purely a personal opinion.
