Pine Needle Tea Recipe

Put 5-10g of pine needles and about 1L of water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and strain the needles through a tea strainer.
Your pine needle tea is ready.

Storage Method
