This is a bulk sale of pastel-colored highlighter and water-based pen sets.

Only a few have been opened and tested. It appears the pink HI-TEC pen is out of ink.

As not all pens have been tested, the price has been set low. These are new, unopened items purchased a year ago and stored in a study.
