This is an item from that era.
It has damage and dirt as shown in the photos.
It was found while organizing moving boxes.
I recall it being a limited edition item sold at the Pokémon Center around the same time as the orange Torchic main unit.
I think the orange interior of the mesh pouch, with the Torchic silhouette, is very cute.
I haven't seen any other listings for this item, so I believe it's very rare.
I think it can be cleaned up with some care, so it would be great for collections, whether you need a daily use item or a spare for storage, or if you have one for storage but not for daily use.
