This is a PS Vita I received when I was little.
Both the main unit and the SD card have been initialized.
The touch screen and the back panel respond without any issues.
There are many sticker marks and scratches on the back, and the soft part of the analog stick has peeled off.
It powers on and can play games, but the analog stick drift is severe, making it impossible to play Minecraft properly.
