I researched the product names to identify the items.
For 4792:
The light or gun-like accessory for the hand of the large vehicle,
and the base of the light for the small vehicle (the same part exists on the larger vehicle and can be used as a substitute) are missing.
For 4791:
One harpoon (one out of two is present)
The flippers and goggles for the doll (the same parts exist on 4792 and can be used as substitutes) are missing.
Therefore, over 95% of the parts are present, and since most of the missing parts can be substituted, I believe it does not significantly detract from its collectibility.
I only gathered information from YouTube, so there may be oversights.
Please examine the images carefully before purchasing, and understand that the item is sold as-is.
Only the box for 4792 is available, but it has several holes and is dirty.
