First, the power button does not respond.

If you only lightly touch the open button, the tray will not open, but the power will turn on.

After that, if you press the open button to open it, the power will turn off.

If you want to turn on the power while opening the tray, press and hold the open button slightly until it flashes green, then it will open.

Once you insert a disc, lightly tap the tray towards closing, and it will close and start reading.

There are also examples of reading, but depending on the software, it may take time to read or fail to read.
