This is a Soviet-made FED stereo camera.
The model name is ФЭД СТЕРЕО (FED STEREO).
The characteristic of this stereo camera is that it has two lenses side-by-side (the same structure as human eyes), takes two photos simultaneously, and can be viewed in 3D with a special viewer. It uses 35mm film.
I have not actually taken any photos with it, so I cannot confirm its operation, but its exterior is quite clean.
An introductory guide is included.
