Baby Pearl Accordion Type Camera
With Leather Case
This is a compact camera manufactured by Rokkasha (Konishi Roku Honten, later Konica) from 1934 (Showa 9) to around 1950 (Showa 25) after World War II. It is said to have been modeled after the Baby Ikonta, a camera released by the German company Zeiss Ikon in 1932.
This item was part of my father's collection.
It has been stored in a dry place. While the exterior shows signs of age, the lens is clean with no white fogging.
I opened and closed the lens part while researching for photography, and it operated without any issues.
However, the camera's functionality for actual shooting has not been tested.
I have no knowledge of cameras, so I cannot answer any questions. Please judge from the photos.
