This is a flute with Koloi's unique design featuring an extra finger hole.
It allows for natural finger placement using the left pinky finger.
This flute has the same range as a standard recorder used in schools for the diatonic scale (Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do).

Octa is a flute without a tone block.
Using German fingering, this is a newly developed flute without a tone block (the protrusion below the mouthpiece).
It produces a clearer sound compared to those with a tone block.
Compared to a recorder, Koloi flutes can produce a clear sound with less breath.
